International Students
Academic CreditCredit or exemption may be awarded to entering students who submit satisfactory scores on the Advanced Placement (AP) examinations, or on other internationally accepted examinations such as the International Baccalaureate Higher Level Examinations (IBHE). In cases where students bring credits from overseas educational systems, we recommend that students obtain a credit analysis to maximize the number of credits transferred to Drew. No student may have more than 32 credits counted toward the undergraduate degree from any combination of credit-by-examination programs. I n addition to the standardized tests, applicants may obtain an international credit analyis from a private service such as (but not limited to): World Education Services, AACRAO, or UM ACE. AP -- Credit will be granted for scores of 4 or 5 on the AP exam. Interested students should consult the Office of the Registrar. IB -- Credit and exemption may be granted for scores of 5 or better on the IBHE. Interested students should consult the Office of the Registrar. |
