| Teaching Students with Disabilities: Workshops for CLA Faculty | |
By the end of this academic year, we want to be sure that all faculty members in the college have attended at least a basic workshop on teaching students with disability. For those of you who were unable to attend the workshops last year, we are offering more this fall. They will be presented by Alison Leddy, the Disability Specialist. The workshop will cover basic disability law as it applies to our classrooms, Drew procedures for working with students with disabilities, and approaches to universal course design that will help you make your classroom and your syllabus work for all students. |

Thursday, August 28, 2008 If you have not yet attended one of these workshops, please try to attend one of the fall offerings. Please RSVP to Sara Eldridge (x3587 or seldridg@drew.edu) in the Dean’s Office by a week before the workshop so that we can order food for the appropriate number. | |
