Export your Mozilla Address Book to LDIF format
- Open your Mozilla Address Book
- Select the Address Book you need to export
- Click on Tools -> Export
- Save the exported Address Book to your My Documents folder
- Use Browse button above to navigate to the file you just saved
- Click on Submit button
- Save the vcf file returned (by default Firefox will put this to your Desktop)
- Follow instructions on right side of screen for importing the vcf file

Import vcf file to Groupwise Address Book
- Open your GroupWise Address Book
- Select the Address Book you are importing into (create a new Book if necessary)
- Click on File -> Import
- If necessary, change "Files of Type" from Novell Address Book to vCard Addresses in the Address Book Import dialog box
- locate the vcf file you just saved (browse to you Desktop if you aren't sure where the file was saved) and double-click
- The vcf file will be imported into your Address Book
