The Aide Station is now the CNS Helpdesk
We're renaming the Aide Station to the Computing and Network Services Helpdesk, or just the CNS Helpdesk. The CNS Helpdesk is the first line of support for all faculty, staff, and students on or off-campus. This change is part of our new support services to be rolled out in time for the fall semester, which will include improved phone support, the ability to request support help from the web or over email, and the ability to search a knowledgebase of previously solved problems to get answers more quickly. We felt that with all the changes we're doing a new name is appropriate. Please refer to the CNS Helpdesk wherever you referred to the Aide Station before. |
