Use one password to access all Drew servicesAs of January 22nd, access to the Drew Library Catalog "My Library Account" feature is now managed by our Novell iChain single-sign-on system. You can now access the library catalog's online reservation services and renew books online using your uLogin ID and password, and no longer need to memorize a separate library ID and PIN for access. We would like to thank the library staff for assisting us with the iChain implementation. The Library catalog now joins Drew's other web applications (ATTIC Portal Services, Blackboard, WebAccess, WebFiles, FTPFiles, CampusWeb, the Drew Calendar, and the Technology Support Portal), e-mail, administrative VPN, and on-campus network access in using your uLogin ID and password. With all services using your uLogin password, it is important that you choose a good password and keep it secure. The iChain system also provides the convenience of "single-sign-on," meaning that once you log into one Drew web application, you may freely roam to other secure Drew sites without re-entering your password. While you are automatically logged out of iChain after one hour of inactivity, we strongly recommend that you log out of the system and close your browser when you have finished your session. In order to protect your account from unauthorized access, never leave your workstation unattended without logging out or locking your computer. Related Links |
