CNS User Support Chat RoomUser Support Services is pleased to announce the availability of a chat room staffed by CNS Help Desk student employees and overseen by full-time staff. Users can ask questions in the chat room and receive timely responses. The chat room is available via Novell GroupWise Messenger, Drew's new secure instant messenging software which can also be used to communicate with other faculty, staff, and students. The chat service is independent from the GroupWise 7 E-mail client. Please note that this is a pilot project and we are evaluating the impact this will have on help desk operations and customer service.
