We have tentatively scheduled some GroupWise system maintenance to occur on Wednesday shortly after the close of business at 5:30pm. We will be installing operating system patches to address the system resource issue which contributed to the unplanned outage last Friday morning.
The maintenance window is scheduled from 5:30pm-7:30pm, however GroupWise will remain fully available throughout the majority of the maintenance period. During the maintenance period, each individual Post Office will experience two 2-3 minute periods of downtime while resources are temporarily shuffled to other servers and then moved back as each server is patched.
