Loaner Request Form

Loaner computers are provided as a courtesy of User Support Services, and are available ON A LIMITED BASIS to students whose computers are currently being repaired due to hardware issues during the the Fall and Spring Semesters. The offer only applies to hardware repairs that are NOT the result of user damage. Loaners will not be issued until the manufacturer determines the damage is not caused by the user. This turnaround is usually 3-4 business days from CNS Helpdesk to manufacturer, but may be longer during peak times. Please review the complete loaner policy.
