Environmental sustainability and ecological integrity are increasingly central to Drew University's academic and community identity. New sustainability initiatives build on Drew's prominence for campus forest preservation. Indeed, the centrality of environmental sustainability to the entire university is truly exciting.
The undergraduate environmental curriculum is strong and vibrant, with a flexible curriculum and special options in environmental science and environmental sustainability. Drew's innovative major in Environmental Studies and Sustainability is supported by a generous grant from the Andrew Mellon Foundation.
