Department of Political Science

Political Science majors are strongly encouraged to visit the Academic Internship Office coordinated by Flore Dorcely. Flore will be more than happy to share the latest in internship opportunities with you. With, the recent addition of the Internship Database, students can register and discover local, state and nation-wide internships. In addition, the department periodically receives announcements on internship opportunities appropriate for Political Science majors. A sampling of internship opportunities will periodically be posted on this page and additional information can be read at Smith House or at the Academic Internship Office in the Career Center.

Financial support to defray the cost of some internships is available through the John H. Ewing Center, which is administered by the Political Science Department. Check with the department for details.
