Telecom Support
Where you should go for help depends on the nature of your problem
- Go to the Telecom Forms page and fill out the appropriate repair request if:
- Your phone or voicemail is not working properly
- You are having problems with your cable TV service
- You have a non-working data network jack
- Contact our billing company, STC Services if:
- You are a student who has a phone billing issue
- Contact the CNS Helpdesk if:
- You have any computer or data network problems not listed above
- You have a non-working network jack or need a new u-login password* and Telecom is closed
*Although we do request you call ahead when you have u-login problems, be aware that neither Telecom nor the CNS Helpdesk can issue u-login passwords over the phone.
