The Vicus Martis Tudertium Project is an archaeological excavation on the great ancient Roman road of the Via Flaminia. Led by Prof. John Muccigrosso of the Drew University Classics Department, the dig is open as a field school to students from any institution. The site is located in beautiful Umbria, about 1 ½ hours from Rome. To find out more, explore this site through our menu.
